Booking Policy

Deposits

A non-refundable deposit of £50 is required to secure all bookings. This deposit will be deducted from your total treatment cost on the day of your appointment.

A 2% booking fee applies to the remaining balance upon completion of your treatment.

Rescheduling

We are happy to reschedule your appointment provided you give us at least 24 hours notice. Your deposit will be carried over to the new date.

Late Cancellations and No-Shows

Appointments cancelled with less than 24 hours notice, or missed entirely, will result in the loss of your £50 deposit. A new deposit will be required to rebook.

Repeated no-shows may result in refusal of future bookings.

Arriving Late

Please aim to arrive on time. If you are running late, contact us as soon as possible.

If you arrive more than 15 minutes late, we may not be able to carry out your treatment in full, or at all, depending on the time remaining and the treatment type. Full treatment charges may still apply.

We completely understand that sometimes things come up unexpectedly. If you are unwell or something urgent arises, please reach out to us and we will always do our best to accommodate you.

Why We Have These Policies

Our booking policies are in place to protect our time and ensure appointments remain available for clients who are ready to commit. When one client is late or does not attend, it affects the entire day, including other clients and their appointments.
