Your membership is paid in arrears. Here is an example of how your timeline works if you sign up today:
Month 1–4
Payments Begin
£66 collected monthly via Direct Debit. Your treatment fund builds up during this period.
Month 4
First Treatment Eligible
After 4 payments (£264 total), you are eligible to book your first anti-wrinkle treatment. Choose 4 areas.

Membership FAQ
The Anti-Wrinkle Membership includes 3 anti-wrinkle treatments per year (one every 4 months). At each treatment, you choose 4 areas from: Forehead, Frown Lines, Eyebrow Lift, Crow's Feet, Bunny Lines, Lip Flip, and DAO (Downturned Mouth).
Payment in arrears means your treatments are funded by your accumulated monthly payments. You pay £66 per month, and after 4 payments (£264), you become eligible for your first treatment. This ensures your care is always fully covered before each session.
Your first treatment becomes eligible after 4 monthly payments. For example, if you sign up in March, your first treatment would be eligible from July onwards.
The membership has a 12-month minimum commitment. After the initial 12-month period, you may cancel at any time. Cancellation requests should be made at least 30 days before your next payment date.
Once you are eligible for a treatment, simply book through our consultation calendar or contact us directly via WhatsApp or phone. We will confirm your appointment and treatment areas.
If a Direct Debit payment fails, GoCardless will automatically retry. If the payment continues to fail, please contact us to discuss your options. Missed payments may delay your treatment eligibility.
